Our heavy equipment utilizes GPS to get the accuracy needed to complete the work we do. The equipment is hard on the computers that run the programs and interface with the GPS. We were constantly having to throw away computers that we felt were salvageable. The cost was very high to keep our machines up and running, not to mention the downtime waiting for a new Cincoze P1101-N42 ($5000) to come in from our supplier. We reached out to Sousan Alexander, and she was confident that she could fix the broken serial ports. She was not wrong. She has saved us time and again from the cost of a new computer and the downtime of production as well.
